Welcome to Adams Elementary School – home of the Bears! We are dedicated to nurturing the potential of each and every student. We embrace a student-centered approach, tailoring our instruction to meet the unique needs and interests of each child. We want to build strong partnerships between home and school, encouraging open communication and active involvement in our students' educational journey. Arkansas City Public Schools recently celebrated outstanding staff members and retirees whose dedication has made a lasting impact. The event honored award recipients for their excellence in education and recognized retirees for their years of service to the district.

We will once again be offering FREE meals this summer. Anyone aged 1-18 can receive breakfast and lunch for free between June 2-27, 2024.

USD 470 provides FEMA-rated storm shelters at elementary schools to offer a safe space for community members during severe weather.
